I saw her speak at a Startup San Diego fireside chat: From Campus to Company moderated by Cody Barbo. One of the themes was the first-time founder transformation. They touched an important part of the journey: failure and resilience.

She's quite impressive, you could use the word fierce to describe her.

But I've heard others use the word: grit
